- How do I become involved?

You can be involved in many different ways! Visit our pages to see what initiatives or ongoing programs interest you. Ask to attend to any of our meetings, we welcome your ideas, your presence, and your commitment to DEI issues.
- How often do you meet?

Per our committee's guidelines, we require 3 faculty (including at least one committee co-chair) and 3 non-faculty committee members for quorum, and we try to meet at least every other week. Each quarter, we hold an open meeting for all departmental members to allow community input. Annually, we will hold a Town Hall to discuss our progress and future plans.
